Meal Plan Changes
There are some changes coming to our dining program for the fall, and some of those details are still forthcoming.
At this time, we can share that the new dining program and meal plans are the result of nearly a year of work with prospective vendors and food service partners, along with PKC Consulting, to define the future of the Carroll College dining experience. Feedback was gathered from a wide spectrum of Carroll College students and constituents to apply their stories to our plans and subsequent negotiations.
One exciting result is the new base-level meal plan that is now available to all Carroll Students.
The Silver - Anytime Dining Meal Plan will be added to all student accounts beginning today, June 3, 2022. The Silver - Anytime Dining Meal Plan is provided at the price point of $2,758.00 per semester.
In the coming weeks, you can expect additional information about what is included in this default dining plan, along with the other meal plan options and the features they include.
Can I change my meal plan right now?
The ability to explore other meal plans is on the way! As this is our default meal plan for all students, you will have opportunities to consider other meal plan options that provide additional add-ons! As has been the case in the past, if you are eligible for a lower-tier meal plan, you will have until Friday, August 26, 2022 (otherwise known as the first Friday after classes start), to adjust your meal plan. You can move your meal plan up a tier at any point throughout the semester!
We can’t wait to share more news soon about our campus dining program, and the exciting updates coming to the STAC!
Dining with friends is an integral part of your college experience. Whether it's a quick bite on the go or a casual sit-down with your friends in the St. Thomas Aquinas Commons (STAC), a meal plan makes it easy to refuel and reconnect. Finding your favorite foods on campus is easy.
Do you have particular dietary needs? No problem! Our Campus Dining Services Program can accommodate your special dietary requirements. Class or employment schedules, vegetarian/vegan and organic diets are not viable reasons to accommodate an exemption to a meal plan. Students requesting medical accommodations should contact the Accessibility Services Coordinator at Carroll College. Learn more about medical accomodations.
