Be healthy in body, mind, and spirit

Carroll embraces a holistic view of wellness—one that encompasses physical, emotional, spiritual, and social health.

We are blessed with our location, where you can hike, bike, run, and engage in other activities in the awesome outdoors of Big Sky Country.

We also provide the buildings, facilities, and campus resources you need to maintain your physical, spiritual, and emotional health. Wherever your Carroll journey takes you, we’ll help you take full advantage of the experience—for all of life.

Staying healthy in body, mind, and spirit

The Wellness Center at Carroll is the hub of student health services. Open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays—the Wellness Center offers a wide range of services, including physical health checks, flu symptoms checks, medical prescriptions, and mental health counseling. There is a 24-hour hotline for students in case of emergencies, and the Center’s Relaxation Room offers students a tranquil space to relax whenever they need it.

Three full-time licensed counselors are available to address student mental wellness. In addition, a Core Team of representatives from a cross-section of campus resources collaborate to identify at-risk students, address individual needs, and reduce barriers to student success.

Staying physically fit

The Hunthausen Activity Center—one of our newest facilities—offers recreational and intramural space, a gym and open court space, a fitness center with cutting-edge equipment, multipurpose and movement rooms, a climbing wall, a lounge, and several meeting rooms. The Carroll PE Center—open seven days a week—houses state-of-the-art fitness equipment as well as basketball and volleyball courts.

Growing in spirit

Campus Ministry is where the mission of Carroll College—to share the love of God with all people through worship, evangelization, and service—comes to life. Through Campus Ministry, you’ll have opportunities to strengthen your faith, fully live your spirit, and build community through retreats, service projects, Mass, and more.
