Rachel Mattern, PA-C, is the Director of Clinical Education for the developing Physician Assistant Program at Carroll College.  A Carroll College alumna from the class of 2000, she achieved her degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Rocky Mountain College in 2004 and has since completed a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) through Pace University. She has been board-certified for 20 years and achieved a Certificate of Added Qualification in Emergency Medicine in 2016.
