Enrollment Documents

• High school students who receive scores of 4 or 5 on the College Board Advanced Placement Examination are granted college credit in appropriate subjects.

College Level Examination Program (CLEP) Policy

• CLEP may enable Carroll students to receive college credit for what they already know, to bypass introductory courses, or to fulfill Carroll College Core Curriculum or major and program requirement.

International Baccalaureate (IB) Policy

• High school students who receive a score of 5, 6, or 7 on the International Baccalaureate higher-level examinations are granted college credit in appropriate subjects.

Application For Admission

• Complete this paper application and submit by mail.

FERPA Release of Personally Identifiable and Confidential Information Form

• Carroll College can only release certain academic record information to the student unless the student completes a FERPA Release of information form for Business Office and Financial Aid Office rel

• Prior to attendance, in accordance with the State of Montana requirements, Carroll College requires the following;

Letter Of Recommendation Form

• Applicants to Carroll College must submit a letter of recommendation as part of their application for admission. The recommendation may be a letter or this form.

Non-degree Student Application Form
