Powell '18 Awarded U.S. Department of Defense Boren Fellowship
HELENA – Carroll College alumna Cierra Powell, class of 2018, has been awarded a David L. Boren Fellowship, providing her with the opportunity to intern and study in Argentina beginning this fall as a 2022 Boren Fellow.

(HELENA) – Carroll College has been recognized as a Tree Campus Higher Education school by the Arbor Day Foundation for its commitment to effective urban forest management.
First Annual Free Market Diverts 10,000 lbs from the Landfill
HELENA – In an effort to reduce, reuse and recycle, Carroll College organized its “First Annual Free Market Swap Meet” during the spring semester May move-out days. The effort encouraged students to donate usable items rather than discard them in dumpsters.
Carroll Honors Students for Exemplary Service with Hunthausen Award
HELENA - Carroll College is pleased to present the prestigious Raymond G. Hunthausen Outstanding Service Award to three deserving students who have made outstanding contributions to Carroll and their communities, plus two honorable mentions.
Carroll College will hold its class of 2022 commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 14, in Nelson Stadium with 228 students graduating including both baccalaureate and masters degree recipients, as well as Carroll’s first cohort of Accelerated Nursing students.
HELENA – The Talking Saints ended their year with a snowball fight in Alaska, celebrating a good showing in the championship tournament of newly formed Yaatly Debate League. Forty-five teams from 11 states qualified for the event held at the University of Alaska in Anchorage, April 8-10.
