Keely Making an Impact with Veterans

Brandy Keely speaking on stageOn April 16, 2016, Carroll College’s Veterans Affairs Service Coordinator, Brandy Keely, received the Individual Impact Montana Award from Impact Montana at the 2nd annual Montana Military Appreciation Gala.

Brandy is the current co-chair for the Lewis and Clark County Joining Community Forces Coalition (JCFC) and has been integral in furthering its development over the past two years. Brandy was asked to be a part of the JCFC leadership team in late 2013. She accepted, and is committed to the enormous task of spearheading the grassroots effort.

"Her knowledge in community coalition development is invaluable, as well as her ability to communicate effectively and positively influence others,” said Ryan Luchau, Founder and former Director of Impact Montana.

In addition, Brandy has been asked to be a part of other committees tasked to take on difficult issues that veterans face across Montana.

 “The Lewis and Clark County Joining Community Forces Coalition and Impact Montana truly appreciate the commitment Brandy has made to help reshape the way Montana approaches service members, veterans and family support in the Helena area,” added Luchau.
