Current work: Senior Performance Auditor
I currently work as a senior performance auditor for the Montana Legislative Audit Division. This work involves evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of state government programs. I have been involved with a wide variety of audit topics, including rate-setting for IT services, higher education workforce categorization and reporting, oversight of the privately operated prison, tax increment financing, and the integrity of the Medicaid program in Montana. I’ve had opportunities to put my math and stats skills to work within audits, including performing advanced statistical modelling, conducting surveys, and data analysis.
