Director of Institutional Research and Integration

Erik Rose grew up hunting, fishing, raising pigs, and playing football in Seeley Lake, MT.  He studied business at the University of Montana and was engaged in student government, residence life, intramural sports, and many student organizations.  After graduating from college, Erik spent four years teaching English and promoting cultural awareness in Montana’s sister state of Kumamoto, Japan.

Prior to Carroll College, Erik worked at the Office of the Commissioner of Higher Education where he held a leadership role in many Montana University System activities such as implementation of Complete College America's Game Changer student success strategies, High Impact Practice scaling efforts, civil rights compliance reviews, and partnerships that span from k-12 to workforce. 

As the Director of Institutional Research and Integration, Erik strives to assist students in achieving success at all levels through analysis and data support. 

Erik and his wife, Tomoko, have lived in Helena since 2014 with their children, Noah and Claire.
