Complete and submit this form if you plan to borrow Private Education Student Loan and do not intend to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA application is required for consideration of federal, state, and need-based institutional financial aid. This includes the following:
- Federal Pell Grant
- Federal SEOG Grant
- Federal TEACH Grants
- Federal Perkins Loan
- Federal Subsidized and Unsubsidized Stafford Loans
- Federal Work-Study
- Any State grants or scholarships funded by the State of Montana
- Any need-based institutional grants or scholarships
