A Weekend to Grow in Faith and Fellowship

Photos from Women's Retreat January 2026

This January over 120 students, faculty, and staff attended Campus Ministry’s Men's and Women's Retreats. It was our biggest turn out ever. Students were given a weekend to delve deeper into their relationship with God, to strengthen their identities as Christian men and women, and to build each other up into a "civilization of love" (John Paul II).

Highlights of the Men's Retreat (January 30-February 1) included watching the new movie based on the martyrdom of St. Maximilian Kolbe, Triumph of the Heart, nightly bonfires, the new location in the mountains near Monarch, MT, and great discussions on talks given by upperclassmen and other great speakers.

Women's Retreatants (January 23-25) delved into the themes of daughter, sister, bride, and mother as feminine identities and relationships with Christ and one another, while enjoying outdoor fun, bonfires, mass and Q&A with Fr. Tyler as well as lots of great time in prayer and relationship with each other. If you haven't yet, attend the Men's or Women's Retreat next year for an inspiring way to engage your faith life here at Carroll!
