The Corette Library is adding a brand new position to the library staff roster, a part-time Library Support Coordinator! This position will provide essential support in helping patrons effectively use the Library’s resources and services, including but not limited to, assisting patrons in using the Library’s discovery tool (Primo), navigating the Library of Congress Classification system, identifying relevant collections, and locating material in both physical and electronic collections. The position will also be responsible for managing the Library’s print journal collection, helping to supervise student-led projects, managing and posting weekly room schedules, and assisting with Library team projects as needed. During academic semesters (Spring and Fall), this position will include regular Sunday coverage from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and may also include occasional weekday evening hours. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Doesn't have to be library specific, but a library education or background is welcome), plus 1 year of customer service experience.
