On August 7, Carroll College celebrated the newest graduates of its Accelerated Nursing (ACNU) program with the traditional nursing pinning ceremony. Ten members of the 12-student cohort gathered with family, friends, faculty, and staff to mark the completion of their Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees and the beginning of their nursing careers.
The graduates are already preparing to put their Carroll education to work in healthcare settings across the region and country.
Their next steps include nurse residency programs and positions at Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, Bozeman Health, Livingston HealthCare, Billings Clinic, St. Peter’s Health in Helena, Community Health Center in Missoula, and Presbyterian/St. Luke’s and Rocky Mountain Children's in Denver. They will work across a range of specialties, including medical-surgical nursing, neuro and orthopedic care, transplant and surgical care, progressive and intermediate care, and the operating room. Members of the class are pursuing nursing licensure in Montana, Colorado, Minnesota, and Ohio.
They join a growing group of Carroll ACNU graduates who have demonstrated strong success on the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN). Over the past four years, graduates of the program have achieved an average 98.5% NCLEX-RN pass rate.
Congratulations to our newest nursing graduates as they take this next step in their careers and begin caring for patients in Montana and beyond.
Carroll is now accepting applications for the Accelerated Nursing May 2027 cohort. Learn more about the ACNU program and application process.
