Celebrating a Joyful Night of Generosity at Carroll

Photos from Joy of Giving event

Carroll College’s Joy of Giving celebration on November 7 filled the evening with gratitude, community spirit, and transformative generosity. A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who joined us and helped make this special night such an inspiring success.

During the event, two $100,000 match gifts were announced that set the tone for an evening of extraordinary support. The Messer family generously offered a $100,000 match to the Saints Scholarship Fund, and the Kuntz family extended their remarkable kindness to Art Hunthausen’s Boost Scholarship Fund with a second $100,000 match. Thanks to the enthusiastic response from the Carroll community, the Saints Scholarship match was fully unlocked before the night concluded, demonstrating a powerful shared commitment to supporting our students.

In total, the Joy of Giving event raised an impressive $321,575 to support Carroll students and programs. This includes $271,875 for the Saints Scholarship Fund, $37,500 for other campus initiatives, and $12,200 contributed so far to the Art Hunthausen Boost Scholarship Fund. We are deeply grateful to every donor whose generosity made these extraordinary results possible.

There is still time to help unlock the full match for the Art Hunthausen Boost Scholarship. If you would like to join this effort and make an impact for future Saints, contributions can be made at give.carroll.edu/campaigns/star-art-hunthausen-boost-scholarship-fund.

On behalf of the Carroll College Board of Trustees, thank you to everyone who believes in Carroll and gives back to support our students. Your generosity lights the way for the next generation of leaders, scholars, and Saints.
