The event features a presentation by Dr. Cherith Smith, a panel discussion and community dialogue, an Indigenous food and education experience, and a live podcast conversation with Native community members and Carroll College faculty.

Dr. Cherith Smith, of the Sičáŋǧu Lakota Oyate (Rosebud Sioux Tribe) and Piikani Nation of the Blackfoot Confederacy, will explore the history and lasting effects of government- and faith-based Indian residential boarding schools.
