What to Expect This Year
Building on its tradition of learning and engagement, this year's Spring Fever will feature exciting programming, including the very popular trivia night, panels, and film. This year’s Spring Fever promises to continue the legacy of thought-provoking and community-centered programming.

Safe Sex Seminar
Monday, Feb. 23, 6:00-7:00 p.m. in the Sage Room (Library)
Carroll Nursing professor April Boitano will share the options for and importance of safe sex practices as well as information and resources on violence prevention. Staff from Options Clinic will share their organizations’ resources for students. These will be followed by Q & A. This is a student-only event (sorry, faculty and staff!).
MindTap on Sex Positivity and Mental Health
Tuesday, Feb. 24, 1:00-1:50 p.m. in O’Connell 101
Join Wellness Center Counselor and Community Educator Beth Demmons for this special MindTap skills training event focused on sex positivity and mental health. We’re going to explore how pleasure, sex positivity, and overall well-being are all closely linked. We'll be looking at some helpful resources to understand just how having a positive attitude towards sex can impact our mental health.
International Perspectives on Masculinity (Panel)

Join Carroll’s Gender Studies faculty and students for a panel on International Perspectives on Masculinity, the third event from Carroll’s 2026 Spring Fever activities. This panel will feature faculty members and students with an international perspective and will be held in the Scola room in Simperman Hall.

Religious Perspectives on Masculinity (Panel)

Join Carroll’s Gender Studies faculty and students for a panel on Religious Perspectives on Masculinity, the fifth event from Carroll’s 2026 Spring Fever activities. This panel will feature faculty members and students from a variety of departments and will be held in the Scola room in Simperman Hall.
Sex Trivia

Join us for a fun evening out for appetizers, refreshments, and trivia! Test out your (pg-13) sex trivia knowledge. All students welcome! There will be prizes for the winning teams, and food and drinks provided.
