There are approximately 75 feral rabbits living on Rodney Street in Helena, and we need your help. Our goal is to safely capture, spay/neuter, vaccinate, and relocate all of the rabbits to protect both the animals and the surrounding community. We’re looking for volunteers to assist with safely netting the rabbits—this is not something we can do alone. The more helping hands we have, the better chance we have of ensuring a safe and successful relocation.
The first trapping day has wrapped up, and now it is time for the second! The second trapping day will be Saturday, April 18th, at 7:30 am, and we will meet in the parking lot of Evangelical Covenant Church. We will be taking a different approach this time, and will be tackling one warren at a time, which will hopefully be more effective.
Your help can make a real difference!
