Ready for a fresh start? Our 6-Day Rebounding & Resiliency workshop will help you recharge, discover new strategies, and turn challenges into growth. It’s your chance to build momentum, confidence, and a path forward—and earn $100 toward your tuition for Spring ’26!

This workshop is for first-year students will be hosted over Zoom from January 5th - January 9th with a final in-person meeting on January 13th.
The one hour Zoom presentations will include:

  • Expectations - Annette and a TBD co-host (what is expected of me in and out of the classroom)
  • Lessons from Failing - Kasey Nixon (mental health focus)
  • Living Learning, and Adulting - Zack Eckerdt
  • Asking for Help - Jeffrey Morris, Alan Hansen, Kelly Zimmerman, Jennifer Oates
  • Learning with Your Brain - Diana Devine (great tips on how to engage your brain and study)

The final session will be held Tuesday, January 13th, with Cynthia Thornquist as the session leader.

If you attend and participate in all 6 sessions, you will receive a stipend towards your tuition.
