On May 2, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the Carroll College Nursing Department will hold a mock mass casualty event on Trinity Lawn and in the Lower Campus Center.
We want to make the Carroll College and Helena communities aware that this is a MOCK incident event.
The focus is disaster triaging, incident command, and trauma-informed care. The Carroll College Theatre Department, Master of Social Work faculty, and campus security as well as many volunteers from our community will collaborate with the Nursing Department to make this event a success.
Our hope is that our students will better understand their role as nurses when these types of events do occur in their community.
