Grief in the Modern World

As part of our exploration of themes from the play Anthropology, Carroll College Theatre Department is hosting a public panel conversation focused on grief. Drawing on personal, professional, and interdisciplinary perspectives, the panel will feature Carroll faculty and community experts: Dr. Katherine Greiner (Theology/Sibling Grief), Beth Demmons (Wellness Center/Prolonged Grief), Professor Jen Miller (Nursing, AI as Comfort), and Kelly Quinnett (University of Idaho Head of Acting and a Death Doula).

This conversation is designed to be trauma-informed, welcoming, and accessible to participants at all levels of comfort and curiosity. All engagement events are optional, and no prior knowledge of artificial intelligence or the play is required.

This is open to the public.
