Constitution Day Panel: "Youth & the Montana Constitution: Held v. Montana"
The panel will feature the lawyers involved in the case from Western Law and one of the youth who was a plaintiff as well as our own professor, Patricia Heiser who teaches Environmental Sciences at Carroll College.
