- 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Registration, Get your notebook, pen, and name tag, schedule.
- 9:00 AM – 9:15 AM: Welcome & Opening Remarks
- 9:15 AM – 10:00 AM: Opening Keynote Address
- 10:00 AM – 10:15 AM: Grab a Coffee and Refreshments on your way to your first session
- 10:15 AM – 11:15 PM: Breakout Sessions 1: Break up group and go to one of three themes.
- 11:20 PM – 12:20 PM: Breakout Sessions 2: Break up group and go to one of three themes.12:20 PM – 1:15 PM: Lunch in the STAC
- 1:15 PM – 2:15 PM: Breakout Sessions 3: Break up group and go to one of three themes.
- 2:20 PM – 2:50 PM: Closing Keynote & Call to Action
- 2:50 PM – 3:00 PM: Evaluation, Pick up shirts, and certificates.

Every student who attends will receive a complimentary Carroll College Leadership Conference certificate and t-shirt.

An extraordinary number of Carroll faculty and staff have volunteered to lead breakout sessions because they genuinely care about you and believe in your potential.
