Nancy Osmundson has served as the Vice President of Advancement since June of 2026.
At Carroll, Osmundson leads the Office of Institutional Advancement, overseeing fundraising, donor and alumni relations, grants, advancement communications, and campaign strategy.
Osmundson joins Carroll from the Teton Valley Health Care Foundation in Driggs, Idaho, where she served as executive director. Her experience includes healthcare foundations, higher education, nonprofit consulting, restorative justice organizations, and private-sector leadership. Through more than 20 years of work, she has developed and strengthened organizations across the country to enhance leadership, improve systems and processes, and identify and cultivate opportunities for sustainable growth and measurable success. She is excited to bring her expertise to Carroll College, and to lead the Office of Institutional Advancement to playing a major role in supporting the future.
As a product of Catholic schools and small liberal arts colleges, Osmundson brings a deep appreciation for mission-driven education and its transformative impact on students' lives. Having made Montana her home, she looks forward to building relationships across the Carroll community and advancing the college's mission.
Osmundson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, magna cum laude, and a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University.
