Julie Mull is an Associate Professor in the Business Department and teaches a wide variety of finance courses. Her educational background includes a BA in Liberal Studies from the University of Louisville, an MA in Mass Communication from the University of Denver, an MBA from Indiana University at IPFW (Indiana-Purdue at Fort Wayne) with a certificate in entrepreneurship, and an MS in Family Financial Planning from Montana State University. She is pursuing a doctorate in personal financial planning from Kansas State University.
Julie is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and has obtained the Series 6 and 63 security licenses. She is a member of the American Finance Association. Julie has previous teaching experience and nearly twenty years experience in the banking industry. Julie's favorite class to teach is Personal Finance which provides the basic foundation in financial literacy education for students from any major at Carroll College. Julie has served on a number of Carroll College committees and was the faculty advisor for the CFA competition (finance competition) hosted by the Spokane Society of CFAs.
In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and walking with her two golden retrievers.
