I understand an interview and a home visit is required before adopting a Carroll College Program Dog. I understand there are typically more applications than dogs; not all applicants will be matched with a dog in a given year.

I understand by completing this application does not guarantee the Anthrozoology Department at Carroll College will adopt out a dog to me. I understand adoptions are approved based on the best-matched home for the dog and that applications are not necessarily processed in the order in which they were received.
