Meeting Facilities

Carroll College Conference Services offers a wide variety of space available for conferences, meetings, or other activities. Rooms include classrooms, conference rooms, banquet space, and dorm housing (during June and July). We offer many modern amenities, including sound systems, wireless Internet access, projection screens, and a variety of audio/visual equipment.

At over 6000 sq ft, All Saints Hall is one of the largest venues at Carroll College seating up to 350 people. This space is equipped with retractable walls and can remain one large room or break up into five smaller rooms. With this flexibility, multiple layouts and types of events can be hosted here. 

The list of events includes but are not limited to:

  • Wedding Receptions
  • Holiday Parties
  • Guest Speakers
  • Corporate Events

This space is handicap accessible, and the rooms are equipped with projection and wifi capabilities.

Ideal for meetings, the Maronick Boardroom can accommodate up to 20 people around its table. With Zoom and Microsoft Teams capabilities, this space offers a hybrid conference experience where corporate meetings can occur comfortably. This space also includes a private restroom and small kitchenette, as well as counter space for any refreshments or paperwork.

Home to our anthrozoology program, this 2,600 square foot space has vaulted ceilings and large windows, providing an amazing view of Carroll College campus and Centennial Park. Perfect for reunions, receptions, and other parties, the Perkins Call Canine Center is available for booking in June and July as well as during academic breaks.

Located in our Lower Campus Center, this space is perfect for guest speakers or film showings. The theater is handicap accessible and able to provide seating for 120 people. For information on booking this space please contact Amber Barnes.

Trinity Lounge

Trinity Lounge is available for booking during June and July. With a large outdoor terrace that can hold up to 400 people, it is the perfect space for large weddings or conferences. The indoor area is also suitable for smaller more intimate settings such as bridal showers, baby showers, graduation parties, and other events meant for mingling.

Upper Cube

With a capacity of 300, the Upper Campus Center (or "Cube"), can be utilized outside of the academic school year. Past events have included Christmas parties, speech and debate tournaments, as well as church retreats. With four-person tables ranging from rounds to squares to high tops, this area provides a more casual feel to any party. There is also plenty of room for catering & bar tables to ensure a successful mingling experience for guests.
