About
Maleen Olson has been Carroll College’s Conference & Event Services Manager since 2024. Prior to working at Carroll, she owned and operated her own event coordinating company for 7 years. Working with faculty, staff, students and the community is a passion that makes running events at Carroll rewarding.
Maleen, a native Montanan, has 3 children, the youngest of which will graduate in spring of 2027. She enjoys spending time camping, floating the river, jamming at concerts and being adventurous with family and friends. You can often find her teaching yoga at local Helena studios. She started her yoga practice about 10 years ago teaching classes to Carroll students in the newly built HAC.
