Katie Greenberg currently owns an alteration studio, The Sewing Bee, in Downtown Helena. 

She has a lifetime of costuming and fashion influence and experience that started with her first sewing machine at 15. She holds a degree in Costume Design and Construction, with a Presidential Honor, from the University of Montana. At UM, Katie trained with and assisted four strong women designers, was the Crafts Technician for Peter & the Starcatcher, costume designed a Black Box production of Sarah Ruhl's In the Next Room, and worked a consecutive four years in the University's costume shop under Paula Niccum. Katie was on staff in the costume shop for the Montana Rep, where she built and maintained costumes for the national tour of On Golden Pond. Since graduating in 2018, Katie has worked for the Missoula Children's Theatre in the costume shop as a Cutter/Draper, costume designed a production of Charlotte's Web, and worked as the main seamstress for a private label leather goods company. 

Katie designed the 2019 production of Rocky Horror Picture Show at Montana Actors Theatre, and assisted with costumes for A Year with Frog & Toad at Grandstreet Theatre.
