Annual Report

2017-18 Annual Report

It is such a privilege to serve Carroll College, the premier Catholic college in the Northern Rockies. In 1999, Pope Saint John Paul II told the Bishop of Helena that “Carroll College is meant to be a beacon of the Church in the Northwest.” Each of you represents the points of light that form this beacon. We so appreciate this community, which is composed of bright and ambitious students, talented and engaged faculty and staff, and kind and generous alumni and friends. It is truly second to none.

This past year was a time of transition, but important groundwork has been laid for the future. While our leadership changed, our enduring confidence in the mission of Carroll College—represented by charitable contributions for student scholarships, endowed professorships, and campus improvements—remained constant.

Bolstered by your generosity and support, which continues to shape the educational opportunities and experiences of our students, Carroll is well-positioned moving forward. At a time when higher education faces numerous challenges, your gifts sustain our mission and create optimism for the future.

In addition to recognizing the many individuals and businesses who have generously supported our students and campus in altruistic ways, our 2017-2018 Annual Report provides a snapshot of the achievements and accomplishments from the past year of our Carroll community. This is just a small representation of the many ways your generosity impacts Carroll College and makes a difference in the lives of our students.

It is nothing short of a blessing and a gift to be able to commit our time and energy to an institution that is doing such important work in educating our next generation and preparing them for a career and life of impact. It is because of your support and belief in the transformative qualities of a Carroll education that we are in a position to lead the College into a bright and promising future.

On behalf of all of us at Carroll College, we are profoundly grateful for the vital contributions you make to our mission and for your generous giving, which continues to inspire us in our ongoing work. We hold you in our thoughts and prayers with gratitude for the blessing you are to Carroll.
