Carroll College Career Services in collaboration with several state agencies and the City of Helena will host a Career & Public Service Career Expo. The event will be career fair-style, allowing organizations to promote available positions and/or internship opportunities.
Students will have an opportunity to approach employers to inquire about job opportunities and internships or gain information about each organization, career field, or industry.
Career Exploration Pathway: open to local area High Schools from 1:30-3:00 PM. However, Carroll students unable to attend the morning session, are also encouraged to participate during this timeframe.
Industry employers represented will include Accounting/Finance looking to hire for tax season. The City of Helena; State of Montana-agencies represented include (but not limited to): Dept. of Commerce, Dept. of Environmental Quality, Dept. of Fish, Wildlife and Parks, Dept. of Health and Human Services, Dept. of Justice, Dept. of Livestock, Dept. of Natural Resources, Dept. of Revenue; Environmental Protection Agency; US Forest Service as well as local area resources.
