Faculty, staff and students,

Thank you for all you have done as we come back to school. Testing has gone well this week, and we will be updating the prevalence report which provides the number of COVID-19 cases on campus on Friday before noon. The report can be found on the front page of the Marching Forward website

On-going Testing – Everyone
Starting on Monday, January 25, asymptomatic faculty, staff and students can be tested on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9-11:30 am in the Wellness Center. Additional testing will also be offered in the PE Center on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays by appointment only through Head Athletic Trainer Kris Ward (kward@carroll.edu). Students who suspect they have COVID-19 should contact the Wellness Center and follow the guidelines on the Marching Forward website.

Student-athletes who are in-season will be required to test according to the testing protocols set by the NAIA, Frontier Conference, and Cascade Conference.

If You Are COVID-19 Positive or A Close Contact
If you receive test results and are positive for COVID-19 or are contacted and told you are a close contact immediately fill out the COVID Reporting Form. Filling this out is the fastest way to get the resources and information you need to complete your quarantine or isolation period. It is important you use your Carroll College email so that communication is secure and timely.  Currently, Lewis and Clark County is following the 14-days from last contact guideline for quarantine of close contacts, and 10 days isolation for positive cases.

Masks and Social Distancing
The prevalence of COVID-19 in the greater Helena community is still high and continued diligence in mask wearing and social distancing is critical. Study after study is showing the effectiveness of these tools and as we seek to keep classrooms, the dining hall and other services open, it is important that we all follow the current guidelines which state clearly that masks need to be worn inside any building on campus.

Thank you,

Marching Forward Team
