Richard Bennett, PhD, PA-C, brings a unique blend of high-level scientific research and dedicated rural clinical expertise to his work. Raised on a small farm in southern Idaho, Richard’s journey began at a local community college before he earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho. He went on to complete a PhD in Molecular Biology at the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, where his research decoded complex cellular mechanisms, followed by postdoctoral work on prion diseases at the McLaughlin Research Institute in Montana.

Ryan Kingsley, MPAS, PA-C is an Associate Professor and serves as Director of Didactic Education at the Carroll College PA program. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science at Boise State University, his Master of Science at Saint Catherine University, and he will complete his PhD in Health Science Education at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2028.

Rebecca "Becky" Schauf is the Program Coordinator for the developing Physician Assistant Program at Carroll College. She brings over a decade of experience in higher education administration along with more than ten years of experience in healthcare, supporting academic programs through strong organizational leadership, communication, and a student-centered approach.
