Kerri Rigsby, RN

Director of the Wellness Center
Kerri.jpgKerri is excited to be starting her 9th year at Carroll. She is a Montana native from Big Timber. Kerri brings to Carroll, 26 years of experience in the nursing field and an amazing wealth of knowledge. She graduated from the Carroll College Nursing program and has worked at various hospitals in Montana. She truly loves working with the students at Carroll and wants to help them reach their healthy potential.

When not at work, you can find Kerri on a field or in a gym watching her children Kassi and Connor playing the sport of the season. She also enjoys the outdoors with her family. She particularly enjoys skiing, hunting, and fishing with her husband, Jason, and kids. Kerri also loves to relax with a good book or quilt.

Anna Rolando, LCSW

Associate Director of the Wellness Center and Counselor
Anna RolandoAnna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and serves as the Assosiate Director of Wellness Center and Counselor at Carroll College.  She joined the department in 2015 after spending more than a decade working in hospice care.  She feels very passionately about providing mental health services and support to college students as they navigate this important chapter in their lives and believes competent and compassionate mental health care is vital to any college community.  Anna's specific areas of interest include clinical supervision and professional mentoring, trauma and adverse childhood experiences, anxiety, grief, resiliency, and interdisciplinary care.  In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with her family (and dogs) and connecting with friends.

Kelli Kerpa, M.Ed., LAC

Kelli joins the Wellness Center after running a private practice for six years.  She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Human Services and a Masters Degree in Education/School Counseling from Montana State University-Billings.  Kelli also holds a state license in Addiction Counseling and has interest in the areas of addiction, suicide prevention, anxiety, depression, and self-concept. 

Kelli's free time is spent with her daughter, Peyton enjoying bike riding, trips to the park, fishing, boating, and everything else our beautiful state provides. 

Kelli looks forward to working with the college population and supporting them in piloting these vital years of their life.

Lindy Coonen

Office Manager
Lindy CoonenLindy joined the Wellness Center in the spring of 2015. After many years of successfully managing her family and her husband’s dental practice, she decided it was time to give them all a break. She jumped at the opportunity to work with the excellent team that is the Wellness Center.  You will know it’s Lindy by her warm personality and great smile (prerequsite for all good dental wives).

Lindy is a Helena Native who returned in 2008 after nearly a decade in Washington (GO DAWGS!). She believes being a mother of two beautiful girls and raising them in Montana is a true gift. When Lindy is not in the Wellness Center she is continuing her work as the Household CEO of the Coonen Clan and working towards her PHD in Parental Patience.

Hanna Roberts

Counseling Intern

hanna-roberts.jpgHanna joins the Wellness Center Team as a Counseling Intern. Hanna graduated from Carroll College in 2017 and is currently in her second year of pursuing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Montana. Hanna is excited to be back at her alma mater and is looking forward to working with college students again. You can find Hanna in the Wellness Center every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Hanna’s areas of interest include intimate relationships, anxiety, body image, and equine-assisted therapy. In her spare time Hanna enjoys riding her horse, hiking, jeeping, hunting, snowmobiling, and spending time with friends and family on the lake.
