Registrar Assistant

Job Responsibilities

The Registrar Assistant is responsible for coordinating the graduation process, conducting graduation audits, and posting degrees. In addition, the Registrar Assistant provides service to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the public by answering phones, providing counter service, responding to email, processing registrations and transcripts (back-up), evaluating and posting transfer credit, typing correspondence, entering data, maintaining student files, researching historical information, and completing other duties as assigned.
