Mandatory Reporting

At Carroll College, all employees and students are mandatory reporters.

In order to enable Carroll College to respond effectively and to stop instances of sex-based discrimination and sexual harassment, all full-time faculty and staff, all Residence Life employees and all Peer Ministry and FOCUS staff are mandatory reporters of incidents of sexual harassment to either of the college's Title IX Co-Coordinators:

Employees who are statutorily prohibited from reporting sex-based discrimination, sexual harassment and sexual misconduct involving students are exempt from reporting information to a Title IX Co-Coordinator. Such confidential resources include physical and mental healthcare staff, victim advocates and clergy within the sacrament of confession.
