Prior to her tenure at the University of Saint Francis, she served as the Director of Records at Indiana Wesleyan University and the Director of Residence Life at Taylor University, Fort Wayne.
“I am extremely excited to join the Carroll College team” said Groman. “After spending a short amount of time on campus, it was clear to me that Carroll is a special place with a wonderful student body, and staff and faculty who are committed to student success. I look forward to building partnerships across campus and continuing the good work of the Student Life team to develop co-curricular programs to support the vocational formation of our students and enhance the overall student experience. My family is eager to make the move to Helena, and we look forward to being a part of the Carroll College community.”
