"This fun-loving Vinyasa-based yoga class is open to all, from beginners to practiced individuals.  Students will focus on connecting conscious breathing with a flow that emphasizes balance of mind and body and improves strength and flexibility.  This class covers basic yoga poses, techniques for breathing and relaxation, and is designed to supplement the life of a college student."
