Unwind: A Stress-Relief Event
With the semester racing by, it is important to take a chance to Unwind. Stop by the Cube this Tuesday between 5:15 - 7pm to learn about how to better manage stress in college, or simply for a chance to win prizes like a full-body massage! There will be information about how students are extremely likely to experience anxiety and even depression during their college career, and a variety of activities designed to help students learn how to better care for their mental health.
