We are kicking off Hispanic Heritage Month and introducing the newly revised Juan Diego Cuauhtlatoatzín Program in Hispanic Studies and Languages in a campus-wide presentation.

We are pleased to have Dr. Nichole Flores, Associate Professor of Religious Studies at the University of Virginia, and Dr. Katherine Greiner, Associate Professor of Theology, as our guest speakers.

We will discuss Saint Juan Diego as the program's namesake, his relationship to La Virgen de Guadalupe, and Carroll's tie to these important Catholic figureheads. In addition, students interested in majoring or minoring in Spanish who are interested in finding out more about our program should attend.

Light refreshments will be provided afterward.
