Colors Submission Deadline

Looking to share your creative work(s)? Submit your short stories, poems, song lyrics, and more to Colors, Carroll College's Literary Magazine. We are also looking for submissions for cover art, like photography, artworks, etc. This is open to the Carroll community and anyone else who may be interested beyond that.
The theme for this year is “Efflorescence: the action or process of developing as if coming into flower.” Works do not need to follow the theme to be considered for publishing.
- For short stories, the max word count is 2,000 words
- For poems/lyrics, there's a 75 line max (multiple poems can add up to this).
- For photography, there's a 4 photograph max with brief description of each photo
- THERE IS NO MINIMUM word/line count or photography submission
Deadline for submissions is Wednesday, February 16th. Send submissions and any questions to colors@carroll.edu.
