Department:  Student Life/ Residential Life & Housing

 Purpose of Job: To serve as receptionist for the Student Life Office and assist with daily functions and special projects.

Duties and Responsibilities: To work several hours per week in the Student Life Office answering phones and greeting people, handling messages, answering questions, producing IDs, assisting with large mailings, filing, computer work, and postings around campus.

Qualifications:  Customer service skills, great people, telephone, detail and organizational skills, and the desire to support the residential experience of Carroll College students

Employment Specifications:  Work-Study Preferred

Approximate Hours/Week:  10 hrs/week

Special Time/Schedule Requirements:  Various time openings from 8 – 4 on Monday through Friday.

Length of Employment:  Academic Year

Wage Rate:  $8.75 per hour
