Part-time Administrative Assistant to the Athletics Department

Carroll College is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for the Athletics Department. This part-time position is limited to 16 hours per week for a 12-month period. Schedule will be M-F Approximately 3-4 hours/day.

Responsibilities include providing the Athletic Department frontline customer service to walk-in traffic and phone inquiries, assisting in processing advance ticket sales, sorting and distributing department mail; provide business operations support by assisting with deposits, PO processing, and invoice coding; give administrative support of camps, collect monthly timesheets, serve in support role to athletic administration and head coaches,  other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.

The successful candidate must work independently and manage multiple assignments, maintain confidentiality, promote positive professional image, demonstrate excellent oral and written skills to work effectively with faculty, staff, administration, students, parents, public school personnel, and general public;  be comfortable in and promote a professional work environment; be adept with a variety of computer and internet technologies, programs, and applications; possess excellent analytical and organizational skill.
