Description: Carroll College, a private, Catholic diocesan, Liberal Arts College located in Helena, Montana invites applications for a three-quarter time RN Lab/Simulation Facilitator to join our supportive team. This is a 9-month, 28 hr/week benefitted staff position.

The Department of Nursing is seeking colleagues who possess exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), are committed to academic excellence, enthusiastic about student interactions and who support the mission of the college.

Primary responsibilities of the candidate include assisting faculty and students in the skill and simulation labs and with running clinical simulations based on INASCL best-practices.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing as well as an unencumbered Montana Registered Nurse license and at least three years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
