The pre-employment paperwork must be completed at the Office of Human Resources, O'Connell Hall 212. If you haven't completed the I-9 form for employment at Carroll, you will need to complete the form prior to beginning work. 

Complete the following skills inventory, make copies of this completed form and bring them with you to the Carroll Job Fair. You should submit a copy of this form to each employment supervisor when applying for jobs in their department. Your answers will be used to help find a work-study position for you! 

Forms of ID

 You will be required to present identification that verifies both employment eligibility and identity. The forms of ID which complete both of these requirements include:

  • US PASSPORT (expired or unexpired)
  • FOREIGN PASSPORT (unexpired)

Documents that establish identity include:

  • Driver's license or ID card issued by a State
  • Voter's registration card
  • U.S. military ID card

Documents that establish employment eligibility include:

  • Social Security Card
  • Original or certified copy of a birth certificate
  • Voter's registration card
