Description: Carroll College, a private, Catholic liberal arts college located in Helena, Montana invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor of Chemistry position beginning in August 2023.  We seek candidates who are dedicated to teaching excellence in an undergraduate setting, will provide and direct undergraduate research projects, and will serve the college and community.  Primary teaching responsibilities will include first-year chemistry, advanced inorganic chemistry, and an upper-division interdisciplinary laboratory course.  Additional teaching responsibilities will depend on the candidate's area of expertise.  The area of research is open, but preference will be given to candidates who incorporate the available equipment and instrumentation at the institution into their teaching and research. 

Qualifications: A Ph.D. in chemistry or a closely related field is required.
