Carroll College is seeking a part-time Assistant Bookstore Director, who will assist with the daily operations of the bookstore, and be willing to spend most of their time taking care of the course materials (textbook) department of the store. 

Qualifications:  High school graduate with some college preferred.  Computer literacy, merchandising, retail experience, exceptional customer service skills and effective oral and written skills.  Will assume responsibility for the course materials department, including the text books, rentals, digital delivery, textbook reservations, textbook ordering, answering questions, solving problems, processing returns, getting adoptions, making sure that all course materials are available on the first day of class. Develop and monitor policies for the course materials department, including returns and customer issues.   This includes all correspondence with faculty, which involves building relationships with faculty and speaking with and updating the faculty assembly.
