Service Opportunities

  1. April 30 - EWB Drafting Hope
  2. Volunteers Needed For Governor’s Cup - The Governor’s Cup is recruiting volunteers to serve as course guards for its race on June 11, 2022, in Helena. This important role helps keep runners safe along the race. It is the race’s greatest area of need. Volunteer shifts can be as short as 1-2 hours. Locations are in Helena along the 5K and 10K course, as well as along Highway 282 between Jefferson City and Helena along the marathon and half marathon course. Course guards must be 18 or older. Please click here to sign up to volunteer or for more information.

Service Saturdays are an opportunity for 75+ students to join us for 3 hours on a Saturday morning and go volunteer at several different locations around Helena. It's a great way to engage with the non-profits and organizations that are supporting and sustaining our community. For more information email carroll.hunthausen@gmail.com.

We are the Hunthausen Center for Peace and Justice, or CPJ for short: a student-run office that strives to promote the dignity of the human person through service. Now that you’re settling into your schedules, here are some awesome opportunities to get out and serve in our Helena Community!
