Handshake: Recruit and communicate with Carroll College students, and recent graduates, to help them obtain an internship or part-time job, and secure employment after graduation.
Annual Senior Etiquette Dinner: Your organization can sponsor a table of 8 for $250. If you wish, your organization may send 2 of your employees to the dinner for an opportunity to network with our senior students. The dinner occurs each fall semester, usually in late October/early November.
“Mock Interview Events”: offered each semester. Employers are invited to conduct mock interviews with senior students who sign-up to participate.
“Speed Networking Events”: operates much like speed dating! Students rotate among tables where employers are stationed for about 5 minutes at each station. Students introduce themselves and practice their elevator pitches. Employers tell students about their business and provide professional feedback to students. After the students make the rounds, hors d’oeuvres are served and students can reconnect with the employers . It’s fun!
Internship Fair: This is a great venue for helping students become aware of the types of internships available in the Helena area.
Graduate School Fair: Early each fall semester.
On-Campus Interviews: Employers can conduct interviews utilizing interview rooms, located in the Saints Success Center.
Information Table Host a table, to market potential opportunities to students, in the Student Center during peak hours.
