Outdoor Lunch Yoga Class

We will be offering 3 sessions of outdoor Yoga starting next week taught by our own Academic Technology Specialist Rachel Martin.
Classes will be as follows:
Asana flow yoga will take you through a warm up, short practice, and cool down, emphasizing alignment and safety. With care and mindfulness, you will build strength, flexibility, and balance over time. Bring your own mat or borrow ours. All are invited to this class; no previous experience needed.
