New Start on the Year
Students are back and the campus is bustling with activity once again. Winter break was restful for some but busy for others, like our construction crews. Over the past month, tremendous progress was made on both the new Hunthausen Activity Center – scheduled to open its doors to students within the month – as well as the new chapel, with its stunning interior beams in place. Stay tuned for more updates!
Have friends and family with students looking into colleges? We’d love to meet them! Carroll College is hitting the road and will be in Seattle, Spokane and Portland in late January to meet with all interested prospective students and their families. This is the perfect opportunity to learn more about Carroll College - each program will feature highlights from admission and financial aid representatives, as well as a professor. Share your love of Carroll and let folks know about these upcoming information programs.
Hopefully by now you’ve received our latest edition of the Carroll Magazine in the mail.  If not, it is now available to read online. Features include an update on campus construction projects, innovative new academic initiatives, an interview chronicling volleyball coach Moe Boyle’s path to Carroll, and a q&a with celebrated author and alum, Virginia Reeves. Many thanks to all of our contributing writers – Dr. Jeanette Fregulia, Dr. Colin Irvine, Dr. Eric Hall, Dr. Loren Graham, Tom McCarvel, and Jerek Wolcott. Check it out – let us know what you think!
