Carroll Students Present Research at Elevate Montana Meeting

Elevate Montana presentation

In November, Carroll students in Public Health Methods (PH330) presented research projects to Elevate Montana, a statewide agency focused on addressing adverse childhood experiences (ACE) within Montana’s K-12 population.

Colleen Culbertson, a junior health science and public health major from Absarokee, MT, stated, “Most of the semester was spent learning about and researching ACEs. Presenting at Elevate Montana gave us a chance to share our research beyond the classroom.”

Rachel Ladd, a junior public health major from Pendleton, OR, added, “It was awesome to be able to present to people in the community on topics that are important to Montana and to us.”
